Koala News Hello Koala parent, I'm excited to say that May will bring great things. We will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo and Mothers' Day. The theme for this month is Space, so Koalas will be learning about the stars and the moon. We will also be reviewing our shapes and colors. Our bible story will be about Joseph and his coat of many colors. Please remember to check cubbies and snack menus. Thank you, Miss Amanda and Miss Lacey Honey Bears' News Dear parents, The month of May has arrived and the Honey Bears are excited to learn about reptiles, dinosaurs and how they live and what they eat. We will also be talking about respect for one another, and how we can make others feel special. And let's not forget mother's day. I have something special planned for that. :) Don't forget to check our snack calendar. If your day doesn't work for you don't hesitate to talk to me and we can reschedule it. P.S. Thank you all for remembering your child's snack day & for bringing such healthy snacks! During the month of May we will be doing our "Kindergarten readiness" testing. This is just to let you know what your child needs to work on over the summer, and how ready they are for kindergarten. Look for them in your child's cubby and feel free to ask ANY questions! As we wrap up our school year we reflect on our fun times together, all the parties, field trips, and amazing academic growth we have accomplished. Let's enjoy these last few days of kindergarten as we look forward to our graduation in June! Please let us know if your kindergartener will be with us this summer!
