At Beyond Belief--Greensboro, we understand that there are many misconceptions about Christianity. Most of these misunderstandings stem from historical misinterpretations or even miscommunications of the Biblical message on various topics, such as: ethnicity, faith, family, finances, interacting with the community of believers as well as non-believers, socioeconomic responsibility for the under-served, and many other issues...
Therefore, we seek to correct these misunderstandings by studying the Bible in its historical context. This will enhance our ability to discern what it really means for us. In short, we seek to become better disciples of Christ. In doing so, we break down the barriers that obstruct Christian unity. This makes us more effective in seeking the lost, reclaiming the backsliders, and protecting the sheep from the wolves.
Therefore, individuals of various walks of life join in together discipleship, fellowship, and counsel towards maturity--individually and collectively! In this, we all find our purpose in Christ. In doing so, we make disciples!
